Beach Elopement in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho – Tips for Planning Your Elopement

Here are a couple tips for our couples who are looking to elope:

1. Pick a location you love or that has meaning to you. It will make eloping in the location more special. It can be as simple as getting married on a local beach or involve hiking to a mountain top. Just pick what you love.
2. One thing that is hard to decide for your elopement is who to invite. You can either make it the two of you or bring your favorite people along. We know this can be hard decision. One of the ways that couples we have worked with have dealt with this is they have a party after their elopement with all the people they wanted to celebrate with. This way you still get to have an intimate elopement but can also celebrate with everyone you love.
3. Do an activity for your elopement. This gives you more sweet moments with your spouse that will allow us to capture more authentic photos. You could either have a simple picnic or turn your elopement into a backpacking trip. Whatever you decide, make sure you love it!
